Returns & Exchanges Policy  

Jewelry  

All jewelry is final sale due to hygiene and wear considerations.  

 If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.  

Clothing   

Clothing items are eligible for store credit only.  

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.  

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or alteration. 

Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued via email. Store credit will be valid for 90 days after being issued.

Proper care will extend the life of your jewelry and garments. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, exposure to water, chemicals, or normal wear over time.
